Wallet record matching

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS references are kept with timestamps and account IDs. We use those records to match ownership when you question a balance, receipt, or withdrawal status.

Cookie choices

Cookies help remember login state, language preference, and basic security signals. You can clear browser storage on Android Chrome or iPhone Safari, then set fresh choices during your next session.

Security access log

Account > Security shows recent login checks where available. If you see a device you do not recognise, contact us during 09:00-23:00 WIB before changing wallet details.

Retention period

Some records are kept after closure requests when disputes, wallet reconciliation, or applicable legal duties still need them. We aim to keep only what is needed for those purposes.

Correction channel

Use Help > Legal when a name, contact detail, cookie record, or payment reference needs correction. We may ask for a QRIS receipt code or DANA phone number to confirm ownership.
